[...] Up n grad shares his impression that Patricio Mangubat’s entry seem to imply the latter’s being a paid hack for JDV3. An impression that Patricio Mangubat responded by questioning Up n grad’s legitimacy as a UP student (or alumni). He goes on by using street kids’ type of language by saying “maybe you’re enrolled sa sewage management system course. madumi utak mo palagi.” Didn’t we use to argue like that when we’re still like those innocent youngsters playing tumbang preso in the streets? Or do we deny it? [...]

Pat,

I am not insinuating something despicable when I asked if you were part of JDV III news bureau. If you think that the man is worthy of your service, you are within your right to provide the service. I asked the question so we can telegraph if your post is for the service of client or the service of a greater client, the FV readers in general.

Now that you have clarified that you are not, rest assured that I shall read your future posts as in the service of the people, unless otherwise the contrary appears. :)

people,

The right of public expression is guaranteed by the the bill of rights (first amendment in the U.S. Constitution). You can exercise it in any manner you want short of maligning other people and further limited by the "clear and present danger doctrine".

You can freely exercise that right in any forum called tradtional forum, i.e., public plaza, or public streets.

School is not part of that traditional public forum by virtue of the fact that schools need be to be devoted for school activities only and further limited by school's policy on the use of its facilities.

If JDV III is denied to speak before the school, he has no free speech right to demand to speak inside the school. He can camp outside the school and make his speech outside the school limited only by the right of the public to make use of the street which is temporarily occupied by his speech-making, and yet he has to get the permit to use that street from the mayor.

If you are a pro-GMA you would not want JDV III to make use of the campus to stage his rant against the administration the same way that if you are pro-JDV III who happened to be in power, you would not want the pro-GMA to use school facilities as a stage to attack JDV.

I was already amused with Pat's comments because instead of pacifying the argumentation, he instead fuels the fire with his retaliation.

And then comes Mr. HighSmoke something something. His comments are far more amusing than anybody else here. The egos here are "bloating into proportion". And he insists that he is the only right? What happened to the left? "Such an array of airheads never before seen in blogging history. I say FV should be telecast on national tv. lololol

Good thing I just drop by here to get entertained. Guys and gals, just an advice: stick to sites that have real journalists in them(i.e. inquirer). People who rule here are likely to be distant relatives of Sisa. No wonder they all have crowns when they walk through here. Tinalo pa ang Miss U sa dami ng nagrereyna-reynahan lololol

Reyna Elena, the next thing you know, these peeps are gonna pay you to dress them up. If Freud was alive, he will jump for joy knowing that there are so many likely patients in the Philippines lolololol

Goodluck to all of you! Especially to Highsmoke. Better consume Diesel than cigarettes, it's more flammable. You will really feel firsthand what's like to be in hell. lololol
