Does Ermita also lie to Gloria?
July 10th, 2009 by Manuel BuencaminoWhen he was asked why the Palace did not announce that Gloria Arroyo was going to do a weekend stopover in Cartegena, Colombia before proceeding to Brazil, Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita said,
“The itinerary of a president is classified confidential dahil they could be target of trouble makers…Much as we want to tell the public and be transparent about it, there is number one consideration, the security of the President and her party.”
Last Wednesday, the website of the Office of the President made a liar out of Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita.
Below is the press release issued by the Office of the President detailing the activities and movements of Mrs. Arroyo

Lying to the public is second nature to Ermita. If he can lie to the public, he can also lie to Gloria. So how can she ever be certain he does not lie to her too?
