For a professional who’s trying to bash a co-worker over a social media or anything public, is truly UNPROFESSIONAL. Korina only expressed her feelings. RG Cruz should know the consequences of his words. He may be an individual who can voice out his own opinion, but he should set an example. He works in the media, people are following him. Freedom of expression is always invoked when it comes to an individual’s opinion. But if you’re a PROFESSIONAL, at least have some respect to a colleague. Have some tact or etiquette when expressing something(specially over the internet). If he has something personal against Korina, why not say it to her directly. Why do you have to shout it out to people?

I think RG Cruz deserved the claw that Korina made to him. Everyone has a right to express. But of course, if you cross the line, you should be ready to face the consequences. His opinions are just his; which could be biased as he doesnt know who Korina is as a person. Remember, it takes even a lifetime to know a person entirely. From Korina’s point of view, RG’s opinions are not true as that is not her personality for real. Anyone could get angry especially if it’s your being as a person is stepped down. Korina had to do the fiercest way she could equal the humiliation she felt. It may not be too humane as others would view it, but somehow, at some points in your life you have to let the person know they are wrong about you and let them know they dont have the right to hit you again, because nobody does that to you..

There’s a world of difference between bashing a person publicly over internet and bashing an officemate/co-worker publicly over the internet. Regardless of whether the statement or opinion turns out to be true or not, the point is you should never do that against a co-worker. It’s an unwritten rule – or at least this is what professionalism dictates.

As the Loyalty Pledge states: if you work for a man in heaven’s name, work for him, speak well of him, and stand by the institution by which he represents – and things to that effect.

As far as I can see, RG drew first blood, so he deserves whatever “claws” come his way.

apparently you haven’t heard the entirety of her radio interview or maybe you haven’t heard even just a bit of it. she never pounced on say conrad de quiros, she was hurting at the time & was only expressing how she honestly felt. like you many times stated, everyone has the right to express himself, so she did. but if one would say unwarranted, spiteful, hurtful comments regarding someone, he better be ready to take the consequence of his act, for daggers would most likely be thrown to his direction. if you ever are a target of spite, you surely would react as well, maybe differently idk. with freedom comes responsibility, with freedom comes prudence & good judgement, with freedom comes anticipation of the cause and effect btought about by that same freedom. in short, i don’t fault rg cruz for his facebook comments nor do i fault ms. korina for how she reacted. anyways, i’ve no way of verifying if she did write the letter.

i reaally find rg cruz’s blog quite personal in a damaging and unnecessary way.. it is tru that giving out your opinion in any way is our right, yet as educated as rg supposedly is shud know that that right shud not be mistakelny use as a cannon for our insecurities, envy, and ignorance. korina’s personality may not be agreeable with everybody. but the fact remains that shes the only broadcaster in our country that truly commits to public service.. when she showed her true feelings, its tantamount to sincerity. kung sa iba pa yan.they’ll be saying fruity, sweet colorful comments.though its not.
