However, there's a legal creed (is that the right word?) that goes: the Supreme Court is right even if it's wrong! What I'm saying is the SC could choose to uphold Luis Villafuerte's argument no matter how harebrained because on matters of justiciable controversy, it has the last word, and that's it. So what kung totally bereft of wisdom. In a place where honor is for sale, to vie for honor and self-respect is being self-indulgent, madamot, mapagmalaki, mayabang. You make a compelling argument. CHACHA is just a diversionary tactic of those in Power. To divert attention on their failures in solving the country's problems. We have a lot of problems that needed to be addressed and solved. We are running out of time, because Filipinos are multiplying like locusts. The poor among us are increasing in leaps and bounds. This people in the Administration and their political Running Dogs have still the conscience to perpetuate themselves in Power. Inspite of their incompetence.
