    Bullshit yang poster na yan.

I read it through and through, and it included things like the DOST-Science Education Institute scholarships — a scholarship I myself enjoyed, and was in place looooong before Gloria became president.

Her gall to claim it to be her legacy.

That is why I captioned it, “Misplaced Power Line”. (I’m not really referring to the power cable in the foreground that obstructs the view — as many may have thought.)

Zoom-in a few times on the banner and look closely at the line below the word “SCHOLARSHIPS”. You will read a very empowering line which says “Gaganda Ang Buhay Mo.” What a powerful advertisement line, only that it is misplaced considering that even graduates from colleges and universities are not even finding jobs because of the current global financial crisis.

Same advertising thing is also happening in other parts of the country.
