And in allowing this kind of behavior we actually give an *incentive* for Filipinos to continue acting as though they are &quot;kawawa&quot; and &quot;api&quot; at all times.</description>

		<description>Back in the 70&#039;s when i was still a kid, our family went to Harrison Plaza every weekend where they had those &#039;bump car&#039; rides which was a novelty then. One time, my mom insisted on jumping the queue so me and my brother can ride the bump car.  I knew she meant well, but i remember that as one of the most uncomfortable driving experiences i&#039;ve ever had.</description>
