Di reliable ang post mo dahil biased ang content at wala ka rin naman sa pinangyarihan. Kung acceptable “ang Pangandaman ako, mabait kami, Di sila nanakit” from you then “ibig sabihin acceptable din ang statement na “hindi mayayabang ang dela paz, di kamki ang nanguna, mababait tong mga tao na to” from another dela paz who also isn’t in the crime scene.

As for Valley Golf, wala naman sila magagawa. Wala naman influence ang Dela Paz sa Politics; Kung meron man di dapat lumitaw din sa tv regarding this case

Come along now…it’s not “pogi” anymore. I could smell ego frailty in the air. A police officer, of all people, should know, never to engage the ego. And I expect all police officers to be so…”tolerant” and “immovable”. This is a primary requirement of your profession. It is a weakness and a disgrace for the “protector of the people” and a “public servant” to take anything personal and even be manipulated to engage in unnecessary conflict.

The PNP already has a bad rep for its bullying and brutality… It’s a disgraceful legacy handed down from Spanish slavery that the police is the class bully who could control people. They are not. They’re meant to protect and serve the civilians’ interest…not command respect…but earn it. Civilians pay for their existence…so its main employer is the People.

Come along now…don’t be such a spoilsport. I’ve worked with the police before…they’re generally affable and gracious. (Especially after winning Tong-its and Pusoy-dos with a 15K ante) And yes, some are cute…are you?

Oh f*ck grammar! Only sycophants of the system require and enslave themselves to be perfect in it. It’s not necessary for survival or even for communication. And the irony is, that language is not even OURS. It contains the programming of the West, which time and again is not applicable to the East…(or at least, we’re struggling hard enough to conform to the template).

And why should WE??!

What if I require you to be perfect in say, Quenya or Rohirric or Valarin? Do you think that would contribute at all to anybody’s progress (including yours)?

Language is a powerful medium. It is a programming by itself…like Python and Perl. Do not be its slave…rather, use it…if it taxes you beyond your happiness, then it has consumed you.

I like your comments. Let me share some of my own:

As an experienced lawyer, I thought from the begining that here was something really off about the Bambee account of the incident. Bambee wrote that Sec P purportedly watched without participating, and then asked,”Don’t you know who I am?” That is a very inflammatory statement that really ticks off any Filipino who’s ever felt oppressed or pushed around by someone more influential or wealthy. It’s just that it didn’t make…well,sense, for him to say that when he hadn’t taken part but just watched. Its simply not consistent with human nature. All in all, it struck me as something Bambee invented to agitate people and to get sympathy…In addition, its also a work skill of mine to be good at reading facial expressions, and Delfin de la Paz struck me as being arrogant and highhanded.Even his statement na “mahirap palang maging maliit” struck me as manipulative and fake. He’s not exactly impoverished…Now, Valley Golf has investigated and ferreted out the facts, which turn out to be very different from Bambee’s one-sided and manipulative account. Its also a case of reaping what you sow because de la Paz throws his weight around in Valley Golf, which hasn’t exactly endeared him to them….By the way,I understand Bambee studies overseas. What’s her major?Creative writing?

What is Reasonable? let’s review EXCESSIVE force or DEADLY force used by the pangandamans versus a golf ball and an umbrella.

which one can be classified as an INSTRUMENT of deadly force that will likely cause death or great bodily harm ?

A. umbrella and golf ball from de la paz
B. Guns and bodyguards of pangandamans.

you all are not STUPID right? can you cite me an article that someone died because he/she was hit by a golf ball… hahahaha. Can you share a case or link that an umbrella is an instrument generally used to harm or physically injure someone.

An umbrella can be used for self defense if an individual is provoked by an excessive force.

who can deliver excessive force?
A. the old man and his son ?
B. the mayor and the bodyguards of the pangandamans?

What is the duty of the senior pangandaman as a public official to prevent the injury. Can he be liable of ” Ommission to ACT” as there was a strict and legal duty for him to ACT.

Who could inflict more harm and who would retreat reasonably? A mere arrogance of words from the dela paz is NOT ENOUGH PROVOCATION to cause an assault. The use of deadly force and pangandamans bodyguards may not be a VALID self defense.

The Pangandamans are at a disadvantage here because they are public officials. The DAR Sec and mayor of Masiao were supposed to have conducted themselves within the boundaries of the law. Both parties were probably stupid enough to get into a pissing contest that went haywire. Kaya minsan may mga kapwa pulis na nagbabarilan sa beerhouse kasi nasagi lang sa dansfloor ang isa. E, parehong maybaril at parehong lasing, sino ang dapat mag so-sorry? Ayun nagbarilan. Enggot talaga.
