Your subject of genitalia exposure is so out of the point. We are talking about a town MAYOR here with half naked minors in public. Exposing yourself in public is against the law. If these minors are being encouraged by the the town leader with his act of paying them to play hoops in their undies, what are they learning from that? There were little girls and little boys present during that incident. Again, what are they seeing and learning from that? If I would have to agree with the two of you- then there should be no censorship in movies with sex and violence contents? We are talking about the Mayor- a public figure, a role model, a teacher. WE should teach our children to be moral and descent in any way. I do understand na hinde tayo malisyoso when we see minors playing half naked, but when there is a role model encouraging it- it is beyond the point. I remember when I was a child there was this man (Im not sure if he is still alive) that live across the elementary school who exposed himself to children, sometimes he was touching himself, sometimes he will just show “it” out his window.
