The Juggernaut Noynoy Aquino

Sitio Maislap

Sitio Maislap

You know this to be true. This is the Filipino nation today.

Places like Sitio Maislap (image to your left) are very much real.

The Filipino nation is a land of monumental and continuing heartbreak. Whether in private or in public, corruption eats at our nation’s soul. Our laws are usurped and bent to the Will of Power and Wealth and an Age of Feudalism exist. From the disasters of Ondoy and Pepeng in the North, to Mayon in our East and in our South, a tragedy so horrendous, the river of blood is unending. And our Filipino family is scattered across the world, a Diaspora in search for a better way of life that they could never find from the home they had left behind.

  3. Lito H says:

Happy days are coming!!! Hooh hah!!!
Tapos na ang boksing!!! Kung pa one-point one-point lang ang movement ng surveys for Noy, then the NoyNoy-juggernet is unstoppable. Above 42%, garantisadong winner for Malacanang.
Tingin ko, the only risk to NoyNoy probably will be six to ten bishops and their priests during Sunday sermons, but NoyNoy apparently has retreated from Repro-Health — good move!!! The Ampatuan/Maguindanao mass killing will not be in the news by March2010, and I doubt Erap or Villar or another candidate can get people excited aboutplain vanilla isue like Jobs, EDucation or even Agarian Reform.

Taposs nang boksing!!! NoyNoy-juggernetheaded to Malacanang.
    Happy days!

I responded to Mike H below and gave a link to something I wrote about 2010, “Plans within Plans on the road to 2010″ and I hope you also get a chance to read it.

  4. Hyden Toro says:

You can write a five volume thick manifesto of what you believe. It
will not make any difference. The Issue here is how will you do it.
We must also know what your plans are.

We had not meticulously scrutinize Candidates for Presidents. And all of
    the candidates for public offices. What are their political agendas;
programs and what they stand for. This is the reason we elected misfits
in public offices. Including the Office of the President.

    Understand the value of the Political Platforms; political agendas;
the competence and characters of Candidates. Then, look back. And you
can find that we never used these guidelines in electing candidates.
    So, we elected FRAUDSTERS.

    Hhhmmm, is it declaration time?

If its Juggernaut Noynoy for Cocoy, I’m go for Iron Man Gibo or Flash Gordon.

Maligayang Pasko at Manigong Bagong Taon to you and to the rest of the Filipino Voices crew.

  6. cocoy,

When Mother Nature strikes. In such, it does descend with a great force. The ambiquity it brings, the onslaught effect, sometimes overwhelms society with such disastrous sufferings and emotions.

And with Human Nature. It brings forth peril, with the same equivalent as to mother nature, or by far more devastating after effect. Maybe, even worst. It is hard to grasp, how human mind perceive life, not alone to live it. To show compassion, one must experience it, and be able to sympathize with the one.

As for our Governments and it’s Administrations. How wonderful it would be, as an entity, to fully function as it should, to apply its fundamental governance, to our society. To administer the wealth it brings forth, rather than manipulatively extracting it, for their own justification. The benefits it brings, should be, for the people and by the people.

We Pinoy-in-Pinas must not, let our emotion(s) get over us. Our ways of thinking, is at its peak. We cannot, be burden again, for someone we mistaken chose to be our trusted leader. We must not, overlook their objectives and the means to conquer its devices

We as a nation, should act as one, rather than being self-inflicted individual, causing the blame, to be cast upon us all. The fruit of this nation is plentiful. I just hope our government officials recognize it, and be properous.

Merry Christmas Cocoy and to your families,

  7. Mike H says:

No, I don’t think May2010-elections is over already.

Food for thought — will NoyNoy have an “87-billion-dollar” finish?

USA elections – famous words : “I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it.”
That sealed John Kerry’s reputation as a flip-flopper and led to him losing USA 2004 Presidency.

    Is “Reproductive Health” 87-billion-dollars?
    Or is “RH” a MonicaLewinsky?

    Abangan.
