Speaking at noon, Chiz Escudero makes a good point. Given how weak the conceptual basis of the latest chacha is, what&#039;s really happening is an attempt to keep the President from becoming a lame duck for real. As long as the threat of term extension exists, she can keep the House on a short leash. Once it become clear that Chacha is dead, the abandonment can begin.</description>

		<description>Brilliant. Now if the SC decides to, well, decide on this, will it be violating the separation of powers clause? I think it is one of those things that is right on the border; violating and not violating the separation clause. Im betting the SC will decide on an interpretation, seeing that it is quite an activist SC we have.</description>
