When pseudo-intelligences run amuck

When news being brought to the viewing screen – radio, TV, print – are our only source of data from which to form certain views, even judgments, then it is not far removed that some people may have similar points of view in relation to others with dissimilar ones. In short, the breaking news surrounding the wife of Ted Failon may have indeed been cut simplistically as either a case of suicide or foul play.

To know for certain what it really was all about in so far as the truth is concerned maybe all behind us. Or, at least for now, we should find disturbing the following scenes in plainly theoretical terms, to wit:

One. PNP Officer Y claims that the report of the paraffin test on Ted Failon is negative for (gun)power burns but adds with particular emphasis that even if it were so, it is not conclusive. And yet, he also claims that it is vital to administer the paraffin test to Ted Failon’s wife.

Two. PNP Team X arrested without warrants nay a reading of the Miranda every household servants of Ted Failon without giving any courtesy to their representing legal counsel. And then, they went to arrest Ted Failon’s sister-in-law and brother-in-law. They are said to be charged of ‘obstruction of justice’ as though it has two legs to stand on.

Three. DOJ Chief Z issued a memo to the PAO Chief for lawyering for Ted Failon outside of the mandate of her office as if this does not equally sound like lawyering against Ted Failon in favor of an ‘imaginary complainant’.

Four. PAO Chief A simply enjoys a wide enough room to accommodate indigents who may have been unduly dragged into the investigation by the PNP, SOCO, NBI or the CIDG even while it is true that her office is an attached agency of the DOJ but nonetheless enjoys institutional independence.

Five. PNP Officer W quickly jumps into conclusion that the note is not a suicide note and that there are inconsistencies and conflicting accounts on the position of Ted Failon’s wife when found inside and theorized with unabashedly seeming expertise on contact wound and smudging as though he were a forensic expert.

Six. From the outline, PNP seems inclined to theorize of a foul play while PAO a case of suicide if initial assessment were gauge.

Thus, all told, there results two conflicting worldviews on what actually happened such that Ted Failon who used to be the person behind the news becomes the person himself in the news – up, close, personal.

The uncharacteristic haste, the rather wild manner arrests were undertaken, the unprotocol-like presentation of arresting PNP Team (not one in uniform), the conflicting versions of the incident from within the PNP itself – all may have to lend to the suspicion that perhaps, in the scheme of things, there is an invisible hand at work.

It has just been recently announced that Ted Failon forms part of Erap’s senatorial slate, or the magic 12. It then becomes easy to believe that if a one sure winner is demolished, it will be good for the counterpart 12 in The Palace, Inc. Not remotely, some segments of the PNP have an ax to grind against Ted Failon and therefore they will not spare him the whip.

In reality, the official authorities appear to ram through a little window a C-130 plane. At this point, I mourn the untimely death of Ted Failon’s wife. Still, “the truth shall set us free” despite the many nuances of law enforcement – their acts being  simply contemptuous.

QUESTION 1. Who ordered the maids to clean up the mess?
Q2. They cleaned the bathroom and left the gun where it was found? HA!HA!HA!HA!
Q3. The gun was squeaky clean. They clean it and left it there? HOW ODD?
Q4. Who ordered the maids to clean the gun and leave it there?
Q5. Poor maids, they got arrested for following orders to clean the crime scene.
Q6. Did the maids really cleaned the bathroom?
Q7. Was the wife killed somewhere else and Failon claimed that she shot herself in the bathroom?
Q8. … because no right-low-iQ-thinking maid would ever dare clean blood and gore while crying hysterically …

WHAT DO THE PEKNG-P[ERYODISTAS THINK OF US PILIFINOS? STUPID? IDIOT? NON-THINKING? WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL? HUH?

    MANHID NA BA SILA?

    • Renato Pacifico says:

SANAY NA TALAGA ANG MGA PEKENG-PERYODISTAS IN FOOLING US … BECAUSE THEY ARE IN-OUR-FACE FOOLING US IN BROADSHEET AND IN TV AND IN PUBLIC ….

    • Noemi Lardizabal Dado momblogger says:

On the cleanup of the mess, there is big possibility that the household helpers, Ted Failon and other family members are suffering from trauma.

When someone experiences a traumatic event that information is first encoded in the primitive structure of the brain where emotional experience is regulated. Your brain reacts to a threat and alerts the body to go into “fight or flight” mode. This process literally shuts down the part of the brain, which is responsible for problem solving, planning, judgment and making sense of emotional experience. It’s as if that part of the brain took a vacation and isn’t on-board when you are in this state. (Source:http://compassionatefriends.info/content/view/182/45/)

All I can say is that their actions are the result of trauma or grief.

      • Renato Pacifico says:

Therefore, they cannot be cleaning the bathroom under trauma and stress ….

Assuming they cleaned the bathroom, you pick-up things after you, right? But why leave the gun where it was allegedly found? SOMETHING FISSSSHHHHY!!!!! :)

Hey I like your site! It’s a whiff of fresh air …

  2. Renato Pacifico says:

The Failon maids work here http://www.carolinacrimescenecleanup.com/ as biohazard specialist …. because they cannot find any traces of blood in the bathroom including the gun …

    ha!ha!ha!ha!h

    • Renato Pacifico says:

By the way, does the FBI-Academy-trained-PMA Superentendent know what biohazard is? I BET HE DOESN’T BECAUSE HE’D NOT BE ACTING GUNG-GONG LIKE IF HE KNEW!!!!

      HA!HA!HA!HA!

  3. In what constitutional edifice can we find strong evidence that supports the view that – everyone are considered suspect simply because they are at the scene of the crime where the ‘body of evidence’ is found?

Who are the police to straightforwardly tell us that the case is one of ‘obstruction of justice’ when the investigation is hardly begun much less the charge filed in court?

And a host of other disturbing questions.

RP, what is the opposite of obstruction of justice, please say.

    • Renato Pacifico says:

There is non. You must remember the Ces Drilon ransom exchange. The FBI-Academy-Trained-PMA Superentendent accused the Mayor Isfanjani as part of Abu Sayaff because he was the …. drum roll pleeez …. ta! da! “CONDUIT”

It’s not in the constitution but it’s in the constitutional membrane of our stupid people and most of all the pekeng-peryodistas who just parrots what they say …

For the pekeng-peryodiko to be more profitable, in the above case, why not let them just wait for press releases e-mailed and publish it as news article … this way the pekeng-peryodiko makes more money. What good a journalist in sending out to his/her beat if they cannot ask a simpole iQ question?

    • Renato Pacifico says:

His son, too was accused because they were around the ransom money counting … ha!ha!ha! and the idiot journalists carried it away into the front pages …. ha!ha!ha! ROBOTS … NON-THINKING ROBOTS!!! HA!HA!HA!

WE NEED A PROFESSIONAL JOURNALIST NOT ENGLISCHTZE SPEAKING JOURNALIST!!!! I DON’T CARE IF THE SPELLENGERS IS ATTROCIOUS! I DON’T CARE IF THE ENGLISCHTZES IS NOT THE ENGLISCHTZE WE WANT TO HEAR as long as they deliver the information … LOGICAL INFORMATION not illogical information but perpekt englischtzes ….

  4. In nearly all the cases of so-called shootouts but proved later on to be rubouts, is this obstruction of justice PNP talks about more the exception than the rule.

What do we remember Dr. Fortun says about the work of our SOCO? Up until today, they ‘contaminate’ evidence.

  5. Renato Pacifico says:

One idiot pekeng-peryodista told me that newspapers publish the facts what the newsmakers says … so in this case, the peryodiko should rather wait for press releases from the idiots and send it to idiot peryodiko for them to publish it ….

What good is a pekeng-peryodista to go to crime scene if they just take down notes and not ask questions …

    huh?

  6. Manuel Buencamino manuelbuencamino says:

    Renato Pacifico,

You raise some very interesting questions, ones that point to Failon as the killer. But I just saw an interview with the victim’s sister and I believe her. But then again she may be a fantastic actor in cahoots with peking peryodistas.

So, from your readings of American newspapers, do you think we are being taken for a ride, that Failon killed his wife? On what do you base your conclusion?

    • Renato Pacifico says:

I’m not insinuating that Failon killed her. I’m attacking the process of the invistigations and the Q&A that never got asked. Fromthe Americannewspapers perspective our pekeng-peryodista did a bummer on the coverage not of their fault but of our stupid FBI-Academy-trained-PMA Sueprentendent who-are-educated-but-cannot-learn types.

I ask anyone in this forum, who’d have the guts to clean up blood and gore and collect human splintered tissues? NO ONE! NOT IN HIS/HER RIGHT MIND WOULD DO THAT!

It’s always the mortuary people who gets to clean the gore. In America they are biohzard specialists. Watch the movie “Cleaners” with Morgan Freeman.

CIA also employ Cleaners so does FBI so does their local police there, in America.

MAIDS CLEANING? ha!ha!ha!ha! UNLESS SOMEONE POINTED A GUN AT THEIR HEAD!!!!!

  7. Renato Pacifico says:

    Are Filipinos NATURAL-BORN IDIOTS?

  8. Renato Pacifico says:

Sooooo, now, i gather that no one would clean the blood and gore and splintered brain tissue and cranial membrane …. BUT THE BATHROOM IS SQUEAKY CLEAN …. So, it’s safe to ask, was she killed there? AM I ASKING TOO MUCH?????

  9. Madonna says:

“Who are the police to straightforwardly tell us that the case is one of ‘obstruction of justice’ when the investigation is hardly begun much less the charge filed in court?”

Who else would say that there is an obstruction of justice? The police are the proper authorities here. No one else. Prima-facie, there was an obstruction of justice because the “alleged” crime scene — the bathroom, even the car were cleaned — according to the testimonies of the household help, albeit they say, without any instructions from Ted Failon. The statute in violation is P.D. 1829 according to the police.

The fact of the matter is, insinuations occur precisely when in the first place police authorities are prevented from doing their job (and I mean their proper job). This is not to say that police authorities have not been guilty of violations themselves. But that is another story altogether.

Paraffin tests are not conclusive. Sa Pinas na lang ata ang ginagamit yan.

We should take the coverage of ABS-CBN or even other media outlets with a grain of salt precisely because Failon is one of their own And videos can be and are edited and be taken out of context — that’s why print news is still superior to TV because you can judge the content more or less objectively. Just take note the questioning of Ces Drilon to the sister-in-law — some were very leading questions (as if she was lawyer exonerating a client).

If you are implying that Malacanang palace is the invisible hand at work that wants to do in Failon (now isn’t this an insinuation too?) — sus ginoo, eh obvious din naman na ABS-CBN is trying so hard to shield Failon (well, if he wins as senator, there’s another Lopez oligarch alas for you, just like Noli de Castro and Loren Legarda).

Not saying that I am inclined to believe that Ted Failon did it.

  10. The Ca t says:

    Accroding to the superintendent:
“Maybe the helpers are right in sayiing that they had no malice. But ignorance of the law excuses no one. The problem remains. You can’t do that. You have to preserve the integrity of the scene of incidents for purposes of further investigation.”]

Section 1 of presidential decree 1829 (it is not a Republic Act)as cited in the newspaper.

Section 1. The penalty of prision correccional in its maximum period, or a fine ranging from 1,000 to 6,000 pesos, or both, shall be imposed upon any person who knowingly or willfully obstructs, impedes, frustrates or delays the apprehension of suspects and the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases by committing any of the following acts.

  11. Madonna says:

  12. Madonna says:

Why was my previous comment not posted?

  13. Madonna says:

What the heck? My comment is being subjected to forensic analysis. LOL.

    • Renato Pacifico says:

It has to go thru a fine tooth comb for PERPEKT ENGLISCHTZES, IMPECCABLE SPELLINGS, CLINICALLY CORRECT SENTENCE STRUCTURE, PUNCTUATIONS, VERB AGREEING WITH THE NOUNS … :)

    • Bert says:

Don’t worry, Madonna, I’m quite sure it’s negative, heheh.

  14. Renato Pacifico says:

The two maids, the driver, the sister-in-law Arteche except Failon was charged. Failon is still at …. ta da …. “AT LARGE”

    HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!

  15. Bert says:

Something is very wrong with this Failon incident, and that’s these:

-victim’s relations are on Failon’s side.
    -domestics’ statements support Failon.
-all of them including Failon alleged by the police to have obstructed justice and tampered with evidence.
-only the police authorities are on the side of the victim.

Questions: 1.Is the victim at fault for her death?
2.Would you leave your wife/husband/child in hour of
    utmost need bleeding and dying?

    • Renato Pacifico says:

The bathroom is in the master bedroom. When Failon arrived the bathroom door was locked! He asked the maid to get the key!

Q1. The bathroom key is in the master bedroom. Where else? Unless Failon is fakking the maid and the maid brought it to maid’s quarter :)

You are right Bert, the victim’s relatives were carted to jail and they are on the side of Failon … NOT UNTIL THEY JOIN THE EXCHANGES IN OUR SITE :)

    • Renato Pacifico says:

Police on the side of the victim? NO! IMPOSIBLI! The police will help Failon to cover it up with the instruction of a close friend of Failon, Tancho-Tech Noli!!!!

      HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!

    • Renato Pacifico says:

If there was a clean-up of the bathroom, where are the rags soaked with blood? HUH? HUH? HUH? Where are the paper towels! Huh? HUh? HUh?

We are the ones invistigating instead of the FBI-Academy-Trained PMA superentendent … GADEMN IT!!!!

    • Renato Pacifico says:

If the FBI-Academy-trained PMA superentendent charged Failon and maid with obstruction of justice for failure to report the shooting … how come until now they canot produce the blood-soaked rags and paper towels … WHAT THE FAK TOOK THEM SO LOOOOONG!!!!!!

OOOooops! I forgot! They are waiting for posts in FV on how to do crime invistigations :)

  16. Phil Manila says:

How come all of Renato’s comments are coming in loud and clear, while the posts of Madonna (who I know makes them subtle :) ) are not being cleared.

Hey Pacifico, I think you are a ‘pekeng oppositionist’ :)

  17. Renato Pacifico says:

Why would FAILon bring along the maid to open the bathroom? HUH? HUH? HUH? Isn't it weird! Why does the maid have the key to the master's bedroom bathroom? HUH? HUH? HA!HA!HA!HA!

Ewan ko po….akala talaga nila lahat pilifino gung-gong …. HA!HA!HA!HA!

Isn't it amazing how non-pseudo-intelligences could connect routine crime scene investigations to politics, specifically the May 2010 senatorial election.

  23. Neil says:

Pamela's testimony on Saksi last night maybe genuine. But it did not exonerate Ted yet. What Pamela said she saw was her sister bloodied inside the bathroom, Ted standing not far behind "seemingly shocked", and the house helps crying hysterically.

  24. Neil says:

    Pamela's testimony on TV Patrol, I mean…

Her testimony was not anywhere near the "Susi sa Kaso" hype given by ABS-CBN.

  25. Primer C. Pagunuran Primer says:

  32. peste says:

this article has fallen into the trap of discussing extraneous matters. that is, it doesn't matter if there was police harassment with regards to the question of the death being suicide or foul play. another extraneous issue is the political implications that with ted failon falling to disrepute if found guilty, the administration will benefit from having lost one critic, and erap would have one less winnable senatorial candidate.

of course i'm aware that this case can be used to further whatever other agenda there is, but the thing is there's still one person dead, and getting to bottom of that person's death has been hampered.

  33. Primer C. Pagunuran Primer says:

Police harassment does not matter, peste? You are serious about that – just asking.
