Primer, I wish you could relate to us what you SEE and what the characters in the video SAID or TALKED ABOUT.

I have doubts on the video. Why would they allow themselves recorded while negotiating for scam?

OK. Well, Filipinos are low-IQ. They even video themselves having sex with their girlfriends and wife and queridas. Check http://uploads.ph you can see there plenty of scandals.

OK, again. The intention of the video was to dupe the Filipinos. Because Ombodusmen, foreign-educated-ivy-school graduates even believe that San Miguel receive money from ZTE when someone saw him and Chinese hot shots pass an envelope to him. Was it in Wak-Wak?

So, now, I don’t want any envelope given to me in public. Else it’s construed as bribery.
